POWER OUTAGES

MULTI-DAY OUTAGE

According to Jenkins, “This is likely a multi-day outage event due to the store area coverage and the threat for additional severe weather…please be patient as crews are working as quickly as they can.” No additional information was provided, but if you are currently out of power, you may need to begin preparing for what a multi-day outage could look like.

REPORT OUTAGES

Jenkins also recommended to text “OUT” to Oncor at 66267 to report, and check on, outages. You can also do so on the MyOncor app, or on their website. Plus, stay up to date on outages on the Oncor website which gets update every 10 minutes.
