KNIFE ITALIAN
Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, Chef John Tesar, brought his latest culinary venture to life at the newly transformed Ritz-Carlton Dallas in Las Colinas earlier this year. The space speaks for itself, with vibrant pops of color, greenery, and warm textures that make you feel worlds away!
THE FOOD
While Tesar expanded to Italian with this restaurant, his iconic cuts of dry-aged steak, including the bucket-list 240-day, are still the stars of the show! All of their premium Angus steaks are sustainably sourced from 44 Farms near Cameron, Texas, and well worth the price, especially if you haven’t crossed off his steaks from your Dallas food bucket list.
THE DRINKS
Sip on a wide variety of wines and beer, as well as a variety of negronis if that’s your style! The cocktail list includes unique drinks like the “Death in Venice” which is served with an oyster, olives, and cocktail onions. If you want to lean into the Italian vibes, try the “La Strada” made with limoncello and Sicilian lemonade!
Pro tip: they also offer some delicious mocktail options!
