Yujo Umi’s specialty is sashimi, so you can expect to find beautifully prepared cuts of fish decorated with sauces, salts, herbs, and other toppings. But it’s the Umi Sets that really stand out!
THE UMI SET
For $65, order the Umi Set and receive a stunning circulate plate of 9 pieces of sashimi, each already prepared to enjoy. BUT for an interactive activity, your meal also comes with a plate of nori (seaweed), rice, soy sauce, a brush and 9 different salts and wasabis.
DECORATE YOUR SUSHI!
Dive in if you want the sashimi sans your special touch, or start decorating to add a personalized spin before you enjoy! Pack the rice into the seaweed to create a handroll, brush the soy sauce on top of your piece or fish or sprinkle some of the salts on top for an extra kick of flavor!
