There are certain taco spots that you can always count on for a quality all-encompassing experience. For us, one of those places is Taco Y Vino in Bishop Arts! Delicious tacos and affordable wine? Say less!

TACO Y VINO

If you haven’t ventured to Taco Y Vino yet, it combines two of the best things... tacos and wine! It's set in a cute, white house off of Bishop Art’s main drag, with a cute patio overlooking the street and a renovated space in the back! Owned by a wine professional, this restaurant showcases great wine while cooking up delicious tacos!

FOOD

The fare reminds us of a coastal Latin cuisine with ceviche, seafood stuffed jalapeños and avocado tostadas. A must order are the spicy tamale bites! For taco lovers, there are 11 options, and you can’t go wrong with any. We recommend the carne asada taco! And there are three vegetarian choices. Visit between 11 AM and 3 PM for brunch and enjoy their three breakfast tacos and other plates!

DRINKS

You can, of course, order a glass or a bottle of wine, but we recommend trying the frozen Kalimoxto, a Spanish drink that combines red wine and Coca Cola. Or try a wine spritz - the blood-orange or prickly pear. If you don’t like wine, don’t worry, there’s beer too!

THE PATIO

And the whole reason we are sharing about Taco y Vino again in the first place: their renovated patio! It’s expansive, provides a space for live music, and is a great setting for a date night with twinkling lights and cozy, backyard vibes.

THE WINE & TACO SPECIAL

Speaking of date night, Taco y Vino has one of the best specials around, available all the time! A $35 deal where you get a bottle of wine and 6 tacos!

So put Taco y Vino on your list and make your plans for a casual weekend or weeknight out!
