YE OLE BUTCHER SHOP
The Plano butcher shop has been around for more than 50 years, with the current owner taking over in the 80s. It’s a place where you can find a range of game meats…buffalo, elk, wild hog, deer & more.
THE SHOP
In a strip mall next to a church, is an unassuming storefront advertising buffalo burgers, BBQ, sausage, jerky and other meats, you step in and suddenly feel like you’re in small-town Texas. Red & white gingham tablecloths, antique butchery equipment, longhorn and buffalo heads displayed on the walls all contribute to the no-frills, Texas atmosphere.

• A Buffalo Meat Pack for $142
• Bison chili
• All the types of sausage
• All the different beef cuts
• Bison hot dogs
• Pork chops
• Deli meats

BBQ & BURGER JOINT
Not your average burger….a buffalo burger, their specialty! And it is DAMN good! It might be up there as one of the best we’ve had in Dallas! On Tuesdays, you can find buck burgers and on Wednesdays, elk burgers. Or you can try a BBQ sandwich, smoked turkey leg and smoked sausage sandwich to name a few more options.
PS: If you arrive in time for lunch, you may find a line out the door!
